Service Description

Box Workshop 5 hours Workshop cost: $150, materials separate. To see full supply list, please visit the "Class Supplies" tab at the top of the page. In this intermediate/advanced-level workshop, you will learn how to create a box with a cabochon as pictured above. Skills taught include creating walls, learning to work with brass solder, learning to prevent solder from reflowing, learning to use brass bezel wire and review of stamping. The pictures above are a sample of a box made using techniques taught in this class. 3 hours of studio time are provided with this workshop. Studio time must be used within 90 days of the last class. Make sure you purchase your supplies prior to the start of class. See Class Supplies. PREREQUISITES: Intermediate or Beginning jewelry with proficient soldering skills or equivalent experience.
