Service Description

Soldering Review, Practice, Tips and Troubleshooting 9 hours - 3 week class Workshop cost: $150 + cost of materials 6 hours of studio time are provided with this workshop. Studio time must be used within 90 days of the last class. This 3 week class will be focused on practicing and improving your soldering skills. The class will cover soldering station setup including torches, gas, ventilation, surfaces, torch control, focus of heat, pick soldering, and pulling solder with the flame. Each week we will focus on a specific soldering skill and time will be spent practicing that skill. PREREQUISITES: Beginning Jewelry or equivalent. Students must have learned soldering basics.
