Stamping with Hector Ortega - 2/23

Service Description

Stamping 3 hours Workshop cost: $150, materials included. In this hands-on beginner-level workshop, you will be taught the foundation of free form metal stamping. Skills taught include design methods and best practices, as well as tips and tricks to help you avoid common stamping mistakes. This class focuses on creating one half inch wide cuff bracelet as displayed in the picture above. Students will be provided sterling silver to create a bracelet using the stamps provided. Hundreds of different design stamps will be on hand for purchase at the end of class. All tools and materials are provided by KP Studio. Our guest instructor for this workshop is Hector Ortega of Silverlining Metalstamps. He has extensive experience in metal work from metal smithing to heavy duty metal fabrication, which establishes him as an expert in the metal arts field. Hector is the creator behind all the stamps used in the class and an accomplished metal sculpture artist. KP Studio is excited to have him as a guest instructor!
