FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I have never made jewelry or art.  Can I still take a class?

​Absolutely!  We welcome everyone regardless of your experience.  Our beginner jewelry class is perfect for those who have never made jewerly.  We also offer several workshops with no prior experience required.  Each class and workshop will state the level of experience necessary.  Look for classes labeled "Beginner."

 

Do I need to make an appointment to use studio time?

 

No!  We do suggest that you text the studio at 602-492-4482 to ensure space is available.  Be aware that if classes are going on space may be limited.   Occasionally the studio may be closed for a private event.

 

Do you offer youth classes?

 

Those 16 years of age an older can participate in our classes.

Do you offer payment plans or scholarships?

​

We do offer payment plans.  Please contact Michelle for more details.  We do not have any scholarships available.

Do you do jewelry repair?

​

We do not repair jewelry.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

What do your classes cost?

Prices are listed for each class on the class page.

Do I have to bring my own tools for class or studio time?

We have most tools available for use in the studio. If you, wish to bring your own tools we request that you label them with your name. You do need to bring consumables (flux, solder, polishing bits for the flex shaft etc.). If a we do not have a tool that is needed for a class it will be listed on the class supply list.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we do have a parking lot and it is very rarely full.

​

Can I bring a friend to the studio?

We only allow paying guest (students or studio time users) in the studio.

Do you have written instruction that go along with the classes?

We do have instruction manuals for the majority of our classes. The manuals are available online for you and we keep copies in the studio for you to use while in class. Once you register for a class, you will be sent instructions on how to access the manual.

What if the class does not fill up?

We will run a class with as few as 3 students. It is rare for classes to not have enough students. When this happens you will be contacted and given a choice to move to a different class or to be issued a refund.

How often is the class schedule updated?

We typically update the schedule quarterly. If you don't see a class in a future month we suggest you keep checking the website or join our email newsletter to be informed of new classes. Sign up for newsletter HERE.

If you do not find your answer here or on one of our product pages, we suggest that you text us at 602-492-4482. We prefer text over phone call as we are often busy teaching and the studio can be loud. Text allows us to get back to you more quickly.
